I made this track on J Dilla's Birthday. He wasn't my favorite producer when I started out, heck, I never knew who he was until collage. All my favorite producers always recognized Dilla as the Goat of sampling so I dove into his catalog and IT CHANGED MY PERSPECTIVE ON HIP HOP AND SAMPLING. He has since became one of my favorite producers and this track was a tribute to Dilla and the sampling world.
